Work moves into governed workpapers; Calibration Mentors review, coach, return, escalate, or approve. The governed record then feeds executive oversight and board-ready outputs.

Analysts capture value as they go in My Value Mine; mentors roll it up in the Team Value Map; executives see it in the Audit Value Ledger. Every dollar traces back to a governed determination.
